I already provide cleaning, security, and promotional services for my 15 office buildings and shopping centers downtown, so I don't need this for my properties. But if my buildings are islands of cleanliness and safety in the midst of a downtown that is widely perceived as dangerous and dirty, then I can’t succeed and neither can you.
